About HVAC Fairfield: Careful Heating and Cooling Work
We handle heating and cooling for homes in Fairfield and nearby towns. Our crews repair, install and maintain furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps and ductless systems, and we lay out what we find in everyday words before starting any work.
How We Approach a Job
Most of our work starts with a phone call and a visit to your home. We look at the equipment, check how it is running and ask what you have noticed: a furnace that short-cycles, a bedroom that never cools, a bill that crept up over the winter. Then we tell you what we found and what we would do about it.
Nothing starts until you have a written quote in hand. When a repair needs a diagnostic visit first, the fee for that visit is applied to the cost of the repair if you go ahead. Pricing out an installation or replacement costs you nothing, so you can compare options for a new system without paying for the conversation.
We take our time where it matters. Drop cloths go down at the door, panels go back on with every screw, and the area around the equipment is left tidy. When a repair makes more sense than a replacement, we say so.

How We Treat Every Job
Sized to your home
An oversized system cycles on and off and wears out sooner. An undersized one never stops running on the coldest nights. So before recommending a furnace, heat pump or air conditioner, we check square footage, windows, insulation and how you live in the house.
Honest repair-or-replace advice
You see the worn or failing part, and we tell you whether repairing it makes sense for a system that age. Sometimes all it takes is a capacitor and a cleaning.
Permits done right
Installs and replacements often call for a mechanical permit and an inspection. Where one is required, we pull it and book the inspection, so your new equipment is on record.
Here when it's urgent
Furnaces tend to fail after dark. Our emergency HVAC repair runs day and night, and a 3 a.m. call costs the same as a noon one, since we charge no emergency or after-hours fees.
Working Across the Spokane Area
We are based in Fairfield, WA and serve homes in Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Cheney, Spokane, Mead, Airway Heights, Fairwood and Otis Orchards-East Farms. Across the Idaho line we also work in Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene.
A long heating season followed by hot, smoky late summers asks a lot of the same equipment. That is why we often suggest one of our maintenance plans, with tune-ups, repair discounts and priority scheduling, and why we offer help claiming Avista rebates and federal tax credits if a heat pump is on your list.
