What Happens When You Call
A real person answers and asks a few plain questions: what the system is doing, how old it is and whether anyone in your home is uncomfortable or at risk. From there we either set a visit for a free quote on an installation or replacement, or arrange a repair. A furnace that quits on a freezing night or an air conditioner that stops mid-heat wave gets treated as an emergency, and we answer those calls around the clock. A late-night or weekend visit costs you nothing extra for its timing.
Once we are at your home, we study the system before suggesting anything. Nothing starts until you have a written quote in hand. For repairs, the amount you paid for the diagnosis is applied to the repair bill when you approve the work. We serve Fairfield and the surrounding area, including Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake and Cheney.
Good to Have Ready Before You Call
- A short description of the problem, such as no heat, weak airflow, a new noise or water near the unit.
- The brand and approximate age of your system, which is usually printed on a label on the furnace or outdoor unit.
- Your address and the best number to reach you, plus any gate code or pet we should know about.
- Any recent work on the system, including a filter change or a breaker that tripped.
